Attorney Anna Goulet Zimmerman focuses her practice on personal injury and family law/divorce matters. She recognizes that people are coming to her at one of the most difficult times in their lives. When in need of an expert and caring professional, Anna is there to protect her client’s rights and interests.
Anna lives in Amherst, New Hampshire with her husband, two daughters, and a wide assortment of pets. When she’s not working, Anna enjoys horseback riding, skiing, running, and scuba diving. Anna grew up in southern Vermont. After law school, Anna joined a Texas law firm. There she focused her practice on personal injury litigation until returning to New England in 2007. During her years in Texas, Anna handled complex personal injury cases involving death, catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, and sexual assaults.
Practicing for many years near Fort Hood, Anna gained a great deal of experience in military matters. Anna has put this experience to use in family law cases where one or more of the parties is, or was, a member of the military. Anna is the author of “Divorce in the Trenches,” a guide to military divorces, and
“Family Law: New State Law Adds Protections for Deployed Parents,” each published in the Bar Journal of the New Hampshire Bar Association. Like her law partner, Maureen Raiche Manning, Anna is a past-President of the New Hampshire Association for Justice and is the 2014 recipient of the association’s President’s Award. She is also a member of the Manchester Bar Association, New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association, and the Zonta Club of Concord.
