Two Serious Injuries After Woman Drives Down the F.E. Everett Turnpike in the Wrong Direction
Another wrong-way crash in New Hampshire did not end so positively. On February 2nd of 2026, 13 WGME reported that a woman had caused a major collision on the F.E. Everett Turnpike after driving in the wrong direction. The incident occurred around 1:35 AM, and it began when drivers tried to pull over a 21-year-old woman in a silver Honda. The woman refused to stop, driving another half-mile before smashing into a Nissan Rogue.
The impact severely injured the driver of the Rogue and their passenger. Fortunately, these injuries were not life-threatening. However, they might have been life-altering, and there is no way of knowing how their recovery process will go. The 21-year-old defendant was arrested at the scene and charged with reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, DUI, and reckless driving.
