Personal Injury Attorney
Attorney Michaila M. Oliveira focuses her practice on personal injury, with a special interest in the representation of survivors of sexual assault and child sexual abuse in civil claims against their abusers and the organizations which may have facilitated their abuse. She is admitted to practice in both New Hampshire federal and state courts.
In August of 2022, Michaila and Anna Goulet Zimmerman co-authored an article entitled “Childhood Sexual Assaults Disclosure and the Retrospective Application of NH RSA 508:4-g,” which was published in the New Hampshire Bar News and examined the applicable statute of limitations for New Hampshire childhood sexual assault victims. In August of 2021, Anna and Michaila co-authored another New Hampshire Bar News article, “Navigating the Legal Waters of Sexual Assault Against Vulnerable Individuals.”
Michaila lives in Bedford, New Hampshire, with her husband and their two cats. When she’s not working, Michaila enjoys gluten free baking, aerial sports, and curling up with a good book.

Michaila regularly teaches a variety of continuing legal education courses and has served as an adjunct faculty member for the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Manchester Bar Association and the Executive Committee for the New Hampshire Association for Justice. Additionally, Michaila is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. She also serves as an adviser for the University of New Hampshire chapter of Kappa Delta Sorority.
