Ambulances, Dump Trucks, and School Buses Crash in New Hampshire

Ambulance2

Over the past few weeks, New Hampshire has seen crashes involving school buses, ambulances, and dump trucks. Many of these crashes have caused serious injuries. Some have harmed children, while others have proven fatal. If you were involved in a serious truck, ambulance, or car crash in New Hampshire, you might want to get in touch with an experienced injury attorney.

Ambulance Crashes While Carrying Child in Critical Condition

In May of 2025, an ambulance trip ended in disaster when the emergency vehicle crashed while carrying a child. The child patient was reportedly in “critical condition” before the collision even occurred. Police say that the ambulance had its sirens and lights activated when it entered an intersection – only to be struck by an SUV at high speed.

Fortunately, no one was seriously injured in the collision. Although the child was already in critical condition, their health issues did not worsen due to the crash. Another ambulance quickly arrived at the scene and transported the child the rest of the journey. As of this writing, the SUV driver did not face any charges in connection with the crash.

School Bus Carrying Baseball Team Veers Off the Road in New Hampshire

Also in May, a school bus carrying a baseball team veered off the road in Antrim. The school bus’ dashcam captured the incident in full detail, and the footage soon went viral. Authorities later confirmed that the person driving the school bus was 88 years old. The circumstances surrounding the cause of the crash are still under investigation.

In an official statement, the bus company insisted that there is “nothing more important than the safety and well-being of the students.” They also vowed to carry out their own independent review, confirming that the driver had been placed on administrative leave. No one was seriously injured in the crash.

Fatal Dump Truck Crash Reported in Ossipee

Earlier in May, a dump truck crash in Ossipee caused one fatality. The dump truck and a small SUV collided on Route 28, and local police say they’re not quite sure what caused the crash. The collision killed the driver of the SUV and knocked the dump truck onto its side. These factors would suggest that the collision occurred at a relatively high speed.
