Many Factors in a Personal Injury Case
There are many factors to be considered in each personal injury case. For example, in many cases you may be entitled to medical payment coverage in addition to your claim against the negligent party, but the rules regarding when and how this benefit can be used are complicated. Similarly, liens applicable to Medicaid and Medicare can easily confuse those not familiar with the rules pertaining to the requirements for reimbursement. The New Hampshire Personal Injury Attorneys at the Law Office of Manning & Zimmerman, PLLC have the experience to guide you through the use of medical payment coverage and to properly address any liens that may apply to your case.
The Law Office of Manning & Zimmerman is located near City Hall in Manchester's Historic District. Ample on-street metered parking is available on Middle Street, as well as in the city lot on the corner of Middle and Franklin Streets.
